Went to this place in late 2018 to view condos. It’s nice but seemed full of airbnb customers mainly from China
Another good video. Friday greetings from a sunny Oldham. The Riviera is a great looking building and those views and that rooftop swimming pool are awesome. I like a swimming pool with a water feature such like a fountain and that had it also. Riviera was one of the standout buildings for me when I first started looking online at Pattaya condos and villas 3 years ago. So cheap that Bolt ride to the mall wow. Room was ok if little small. Just 5/10 for the blue sofa 😉

Great facilities, apartment felt a bit small. Please keep these vlogs coming, a bigger 1 bed apartment a touch further south would be ideal. Its a 50minute walk to pattaya night bazaar, if it could be under 30minutes that would be great. Theres a challenge for you, larger 1 bed, great facilities, further south, around 15,000baht 🙂

Wahnsinn. Eine 5-Sterne Anlage. Wenn es um die Miete einer modernen Wohnung geht ist Pattaya wohl die preiswerteste Stadt der Welt. Es ist eine Überlegung wert.

You get what you pay for.
A shoebox in the sky. Not worth more than 10k. Thailand is awash with empty condos. In essence, there is no market. If an owner is 'offended' by your offer, move on to the next desperate landlord/seller. Also, avoid condos which allow Air bnb as the holiday-makers are often a pain in the posterior.
Nice place amenities are great but man problem w all these units is they r so small. Even the 1bd just sad how Thailand embraced the smaller units vs a place like VN or KL that went bigger in general on their apartments
