JMO Thailand has been overbuilding for years as tourists flocked there but Covid has destroyed demand and if tourists dont come back in groves you can name your price on Condos and Homes there. Be prepared for rising HOAs in older and even newer units with low vacancies. Its just common sense.
These condos produced a horrible return for the owner within last 10 years. Maybe the prices are reaching a bottom now, but who knows. This video shows how difficult it is to sell such outdated units later when they are no longer looking so fancy. And did you head the noise in the background?
You do a fantastic job of showing us what is available. 👍👍👍 These prices are all because of COVID In two or three years you could not buy these for double the price. That is my bet.

These condos are very large but also very basic. It was somewhat shocking not to see any other people at the condo complex. If you want to sell all 4 units as a package you need to make it worth while. Maybe 10 million for all 4 units.
Sorry, but you are disconnected from reality. With these prices and Thailand situation this is too good to be real. I have watched many years condo market in HuaHin and this is just fool. Why would any farang to invest for this? How you can guarantee anything?. For farang the economic situation is much better in Europe than in Thailand. Please people! Buy from Jira, but not for investment. I have some experience to owning condo from BKK allready over 6 years. Before you buy something for investment in Thailand i prefer you to speak and read thai first. Then you can understand typical cheats in condo markets. Before that, rent.

How can this be a good investment. Over 10yrs the property has depreciated over 50%. Property investments are long term investments and appreciate in value over time but this is the reverse
