You pretty good. I mean Mark Wiens good (almost)
A penny for all the motorcycle's going by could get you rich fast.. that's a crazy amount of bikes.. I wonder how many total in Asia vs America.. The exhaust fumes have to get intense at times, especially on the small, business crowed streets… But those noodles do look so yummy ð

I've always enjoyed bun thit nuong when I was in VN 10 years ago. It's a perfect dish for the hot and humid weather. The room temperature noodle and the hot grilled meat, sitting over a bed of greens beneath, is a nice meal. A lot of times, I didn't even plan on having one but I used to ride the scooter and I'd catch the smell of freshly grilled meat and I just have to pull over, go in and buy the food. It's either bun thit nuong or banh mi with freshly grilled meat. Thank you for the video and I look forward to the rest of your VN videos. Safe travel.
You kinda remind me of Mark Wiens, who also living in Thailand. Great video!

It's not BBQ, it's grilled meat! Come on u r eating guide u suppose to know the difference. BBQ is a slow cook method, grill is fast..
wonderful video, I do not have good internet anymore; living on the farm in Indiana.
my long time friend from Evansville just moved to this city, a long time dream of his.
KhorneliusPraxx is his handle; but he does not have your skills with the camera. Your heart is always the biggest joel.
I do miss watching your live chats, but am happy for the joy you bring your friends and family.
Blessed
The closing shot really was nice and made me miss all the excitement in Sai Gon! It's hard to describe the intensity, light, and color of Sai Gon at rush hour in the evening. And I thank you for showing some of Sai Gon's great food choices! Thanks for the great video, Joel! It's always nice to see you and Li spread good cheer wherever you go.
Noticed you are not wearing your glasses.
Awesome Joel!!! Try placing the cut up pieces of spring roll in the noodle bowl along with everything else. Favorite noodle bowl!!!

…this dish has been on my mind a few weeks now; grilled meat looks delicious; coincidentally learnt location of a nice store I can get to tomorrow as I happen to be in HCM. Da Nang is really cheap, will surely also like.

South Vietnam fish sauce not too salty, you must pour much sweet fish sauce to your bow, you need it a lot.
You chose the right thing guy!
I am not sure, but I think I saw Billy Dong circling on his moped, snatching food as he continually passed Joel and Li's table. The clincher was him yelling, " Kevin, Tanya, I'll be over soon, with BBQ!"
Well done. Love your commentary ððž
